Delete your account

In the game (instant)

1. Open Monster Vault and tap Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account, then Delete forever.

Your account and everything in it are erased right away.

Without the game

Email support@monstervault.app from the address you saved your account with, with the subject "Delete my Monster Vault account". We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Guest accounts (no email) can only be deleted from inside the game, because there is no way to prove they are yours.

What is deleted

Your account ID, email address, card collection, gems, starlight, keys, levels, grades, cloud save and pack history. Nothing is kept afterwards.
